Job summary

Ardurra (WK Dickson) seeks an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Charlotte, NC team. The role focuses on planning, designing, and managing municipal water and wastewater projects across the region, coordinating multidisciplinary engineers, designers, and sub-consultants to deliver water systems and treatment facilities.

You will oversee technical design, hydraulic modeling, cost estimates, and proposals, while coordinating with clients and ensuring compliance with state

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in municipal water/wastewater or public works engineering.
• Professional Engineer license is a plus.
• Experience leading multidiscipline project teams.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment and distribution concepts and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs, plans, specs, reports and cost estimates for water/wastewater facilities.
• Lead or manage a multidisciplinary project team of engineers, EITs, designers, and sub-consultants.
• Prepare statements of qualifications and proposals; interact with clients and negotiate contracts.
• Guide multiple departments and ensure project coordination across disciplines.
