Job summary

Ardurra is hiring a Project Manager for our Watershed practice in Charleston, SC. You will lead watershed planning and capital project design for municipal clients, focusing on green infrastructure and nature-based solutions, and collaborate with a growing regional team delivering marquee projects across the Southeast.

The ideal candidate has a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, 8+ years of directly applicable experience, and a PE license or equivalent.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
8+ years of directly applicable experience.
PE license or other licensure/certifications is preferred.
Experience with AutoCAD, Hydro CAD, ArcGIS or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinating tasks, motivating team members, fostering positive communication, and collaboration
Monitor budget, schedule, and quality of projects within the group
Experience in proposal writing to obtain work
Establish strong relationships with local municipalities/agencies within South Carolina, ideally Upstate region
Provide technical leadership for projects and mentor junior staff
Supervise staff and recruitment of new staff when needed
