Job summary

STV Incorporated in Austin, TX is seeking a Water/Wastewater Pipeline Engineer/Project Manager to contribute to Water and Wastewater project development and execution within the Water Practice Group.

The role covers design engineering, staff oversight, QA/QC, project management, client development, and proposals for W/WW transmission, distribution and collection projects in Texas. A PE in Texas and PMP are assets; 5–12 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas (PE).
• 5–12 years of progressive Water/Wastewater pipeline experience.
• PMP certification a plus.
• Experience with design and construction of W/WW infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large/multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Provide effective project management to reduce costs and add value.
• Lead design staff and coordinate across internal departments.
• Oversee project designs and construction oversight.
• Interface with clients to meet expectations and requirements.
