Egis in Austin, TX is recruiting a Project Manager, Water/Wastewater to lead municipal wastewater infrastructure projects. You will manage planning, design, and delivery of treatment plants, pump stations, and collection systems, coordinating civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of wastewater project experience, a PE license in Texas, and strong leadership and client-management skills to drive projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of experience delivering municipal wastewater projects.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and project teams.
• Lead project planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Oversee design and delivery of wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, and collection systems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget.
• Support permitting efforts and coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Provide technical oversight and review deliverables; mentor staff and foster collaboration.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
