A leading engineering firm is seeking a Senior Civil Project Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona to lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in design and regulatory processes, a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and an Arizona PE license or the ability to obtain it quickly. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to mentor team members while ensuring project accuracy and compliance.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater design.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across disciplines.
• Familiarity with regulatory agency processes and permitting in Arizona.

Mansioni

• Lead engineering design for municipal and private‑sector water/wastewater projects.
• Collaborate with and mentor engineering team members.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of plans, calculations, and construction documents.
