Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. in Virginia Beach is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead water and wastewater opportunities across the Hampton Roads and Mid-Atlantic region. This role is based out of our Virginia Beach office.

You will direct multi-disciplinary teams, manage design and construction phases, and grow client relationships with municipalities while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater project management.
• BS in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license with Virginia licensure within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of water and wastewater projects as a client-facing PM.
• Manage planning, design, and construction administration to meet contracts, drawings, specs, codes, and Arcadis quality and safety practices.
• Coordinate with clients to set goals, schedules, and budgets, delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Provide technical leadership as design leader, QA/QC reviewer or advisor.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff while supervising team members.
• Develop client relationships and lead pursuits including proposals and scopes of work.
• Support marketing and proposal phases with budgets for water and wastewater projects.
