Arcadis is searching for a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead projects in Virginia Beach. This role includes managing project delivery, ensuring compliance with standards, and mentoring staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a P.E. License, and excellent leadership and communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 – $180,000 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in water or wastewater project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• P.E. License, eligible for PE licensure in Virginia within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water and wastewater projects as a client-facing project manager.
• Ensure project compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
