Job summary

WSB seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects across the US, including facility design, reports, and client presentations. You will drive project management, mentor staff, and support business development while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

The role requires a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree, 10+ years in water/wastewater engineering, and an Oklahoma PE license (or plan to obtain within 6 months). Travel to client sites will be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years in water/wastewater engineering.
• 3+ years PM experience on water/wastewater projects.
• Oklahoma PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and design for water/wastewater facilities.
• Develop reports and present to clients and regulators.
• Conduct business development and client relationship building.
• Evaluate and apply treatment technologies to optimize performance.
• Prepare PFDs and P&IDs with senior drafting staff.
• Travel to client/vendor sites for reviews and BD activities.
