Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Sr. Civil Engineering Project Manager, PE, to lead complex water and wastewater projects from our Central Region offices in Oklahoma City or Tulsa.

You will mentor staff, drive client relationships, and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Based in Oklahoma and with opportunities to support projects across Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma, this role emphasizes leadership, business development, and technical excellence in

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license in KS/MO/OK or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 8+ years of progressive PM experience in water & wastewater engineering.
• Experience building client relationships and delivering projects.
• Leadership and mentoring experience with junior staff.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work regularly in KC, OKC, or Tulsa offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for water and wastewater clients.
• Lead business development, pursuit planning, and proposal support.
• Manage large, multi-disciplinary water/wastewater projects (treatment facilities, pump stations, sewer rehab, water transmission/distribution).
• Provide technical leadership to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Mentor and support junior engineers/scientists/consultants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and strategic goals.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring client satisfaction.
