Job summary

Talantir seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Dallas, TX. You will manage design and delivery, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and report progress to clients and leadership.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (ABET), 6+ years in municipal water/wastewater design, and a Texas PE license. Travel may be periodic.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (ABET) is required.
• 6+ years’ experience in municipal water/wastewater design is required.
• Texas PE license is required or must be in progress per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and delivery of: Water conveyance/distribution (pump stations, storage)
• Wastewater collection (lift stations, force mains)
• Pipeline inspection and rehabilitation
• Water/Wastewater/Reuse master planning
• Treatment facilities
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams (civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical, I&C)
• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and project accounting
• Oversee QA/QC planning and execution
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and support disciplines
• Conduct client meetings, workshops, and progress reporting
• Support staff mentoring, scheduling, and budget oversight
• Assist with business development and attend industry events
• Perform construction administration (excluding observation)
• Travel periodically as needed
