Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects in San Antonio or Houston, TX. You will provide client management and oversee design and construction administration, directing staff and coordinating scope, schedule, quality and budget.

You will develop new business, manage regulatory issues, and work with consultants, agencies and contractors to deliver safe, reliable water distribution and treatment facilities.

Qualifications

• BS in environmental or civil engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 8+ years in civil/environmental engineering with water/wastewater focus.
• Experience with pump stations and wastewater treatment systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work plans, schedules and man-hour budgets for approval by Department Manager.
• Perform client management duties and participate in business development efforts.
• Monitor time schedules and capital budgets to satisfy the client and control productivity.
• Responsible for the quality control/quality assurance process for water and wastewater design projects.
• Oversee the work and productivity on assigned projects.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute engineering methods for water and wastewater designs.
