Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Senior Construction Manager for water/wastewater projects in Virginia Beach. This on-site role leads construction phases, coordinates with EOR, sub-consultants, utilities, and clients, and ensures safety, quality, and timely delivery across multiple facilities.

Ideal candidates bring 18+ years in water/wastewater, strong project supervision experience, and proficiency with Procore, Excel, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of water/wastewater project experience.
• 18+ years construction supervisory experience with at least 5 years as construction manager.
• OSHA training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Lead construction phases and manage field staff.
• Coordinate with owner, contractor and design team.
• Oversee subconsultants and budget control.
• Ensure safety and quality across projects.
