The role blends hands-on project delivery with client development, leading multi-disciplinary teams through planning, design and construction administration for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in water/wastewater projects, a PE in PA, strong leadership and proposal skills, and a track record of growing client

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license in PA (required).
• Master's degree preferred in Civil/Environmental Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing PM.
• Manage projects, staff, and client relations to deliver on time and within budget.
• Lead marketing and proposal phases, develop scopes of work and budgets.
