You'll manage projects, mentor staff, and grow client relationships while contributing to business development and proposal work with a hands-on leadership approach in a local team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in PA.
• Minimum 10 years of water/wastewater and stormwater experience; 10+ years in project management for multi-disciplinary municipal projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager.
• Direct project teams and coordinate with design, QA/QC, and construction staff.
• Manage client relationships, goals, budgets, and schedules to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff; supervise sub-consultants as needed.
• Lead marketing and proposal activities, including scope development and budget creation for projects.
