Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Design Manager to join the Water Business Line in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead regional planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects, mentoring teams and coordinating resources across the Southwest.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and a AZ PE license (or ability to obtain CA/TX licenses). You should bring 15+ years of municipal water/wastewater leadership and a proven track record in delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Arizona Professional Engineer license (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 15 years of municipal water/wastewater leadership and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project delivery oversight for municipal water/wastewater projects across the Southwest.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams with Phoenix and other Arcadis offices; mentor staff and coordinate resources.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects from planning through construction.
