Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater projects within the Industrial Business unit. This hybrid role requires two days in the office and can be based at any US Industrial office.

You will mentor engineering staff, ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence, and participate in business development across the United States. Strong leadership and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead project management for water/wastewater initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and serve as the primary Project Manager on water/wastewater projects.

• Support QA/QC of deliverables and assist others on projects.
• Help with marketing and business development activities nationwide.
