Job summary

CDM Smith currently has a new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with experience managing industrial water and/or wastewater projects to join our Industrial Business unit. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater projects and will assist with business development activities throughout the U.S.

This position is hybrid with a minimum of two days in the office and can be based at any of our Industrial offices in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• PMI PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM on water/wastewater projects across assignments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering staff.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables and assist others.
• Assist Client Service Leaders with technical marketing.
• Engage with professional societies and peers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client decision makers.
• Collaborate on business development activities across the U.S.
