Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience with broad engineering background.
• BS or MS degree in related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineering license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a program team through all phases to meet scope, schedule, budget.
• Ensure health, safety, quality, financial, risk, and policy expectations are met.
• Serve as primary interface with the client, subconsultants, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Analyze project requirements with the client to select delivery methods.
• Motivate and direct the program team through managers.
• Implement constructability and value engineering reviews during design.
• Oversee claims analysis and change orders with recommendations.
• Ensure start-up and commissioning plans with owners, designers, and contractors.
• Make key decisions on resources, scope, schedule, risk, and financial performance.
• Support business development for new program management contracts.
• Demonstrate leadership with integrity and candor.
