Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead design-build projects across the region, delivering on cost, schedule and quality while protecting water resources. You will guide project teams from conception through completion, manage budgets and schedules, review invoices and change orders, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires extensive experience in water/wastewater design-build, CCM/PE preferred, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or 15+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• At least fifteen years of experience in Design-Build of water, wastewater, water resources and/or conveyance type work.
• CCM, PE or Architect license/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts).
• Lead Design-Build process with risk quantifications, cost estimating and procurement aspects.
• Manage project development from conception through completion for multiple projects.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, design and construction contracts, change orders and reporting.
• Review consultant invoices and contractor pay applications; coordinate with Control Manager for postings.
