Job summary

CPH, a multi-disciplined design firm, seeks a Florida-licensed Senior Project Engineer in Water/Wastewater to join our Orlando, FL – Robinson location. The role emphasizes leading design teams, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring quality through client collaboration.

The ideal candidate has extensive water/wastewater experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while maintaining alignment with milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering required; Florida P.E. license preferred.
• 8+ years in a consulting engineering firm; PE license active.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and project tools (Deltek Vision, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design teams across water/wastewater projects from concept to final delivery.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Review plans as Engineer of Record and supervise junior engineers.
