Job summary

CPH in Orlando, FL is seeking a Project Engineer – Water/Wastewater to lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for public facilities. A Florida PE and 5–7 years of relevant experience are preferred as you manage projects, client relations, and design deliverables.

You will develop plans for pipelines, lift stations, and treatment systems, while coordinating with senior staff to mitigate risks and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Florida licensed PE is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in water/wastewater design.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline, lift station, and wastewater treatment design.
• Experience leading design and project delivery for water/wastewater systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for projects.
• Create and review detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed to meet schedules and budgets.
• Lead design and preparation of plans for pipelines, lift stations, and treatment components.
• Identify project risks with senior staff and propose modifications.
• Ensure safety compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and status updates.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to upper management and clients.
