Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. is seeking an experienced civil/environmentalEngineer to lead water and wastewater projects in the Bridgeport, West Virginia area, with a Hybrid work arrangement. You will mentor project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary efforts from concept through construction.

You will engage directly with municipal and utility clients, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and contribute to business development and client growth across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and a valid driver's license.
• Experience with water and wastewater design, permitting, construction administration, and bid documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for water and wastewater systems from concept to construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
