Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in Engineering design, planning, construction, project delivery and/or project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) required; Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water and wastewater engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish project budget and scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, designs, and specifications for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, treatment plants, and pumping stations.
• Serve as a competent technical resource on Water and Wastewater System matters to support operational and business needs.
• Assist with multiple small to medium size projects and perform varied engineering assignments in planning, design, or construction.
• Develop technical information and concepts into feasible and effective engineering approaches.
• Support the selection of consulting and construction organizations for projects using negotiation or competitive selection processes.
