Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering (Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
• At least seven years of progressive experience in water and/or wastewater projects.
• Strong understanding of treatment processes, hydraulics, and permitting/regulatory coordination.
• Knowledge of structural design fundamentals, codes, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and common engineering software platforms.
• Ability to independently assess engineering challenges and apply established methods.
• Experience collaborating across teams and locations and working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on water and wastewater projects from planning through execution.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget with cross-functional teams.
• Engage directly with municipal and utility clients and support long-term relationships.
• Contribute to business development activities within the water sector.
