Jobot seeks a senior water/wastewater engineering leader in the Milwaukee area to expand and mentor a dedicated team. You will guide projects, build client relationships, and help drive strategic growth within the firm.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years in water/wastewater, strong leadership, and a track record in project management and business development. Remote-friendly, employee-owned culture with mentoring and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
