Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an engineering discipline (Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical).
• At least seven years of progressive water and/or wastewater project experience.
• Strong understanding of treatment processes, hydraulics, and permitting or regulatory coordination.
• Experience with client-facing roles and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across water and wastewater projects from planning through execution.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients and support long-term professional relationships.
• Collaborate across teams and locations to balance technical and interpersonal communication.
