Job summary

Stanley Consultants, an award-winning global engineering firm, seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer / Senior Project Manager for our Baton Rouge, LA office. You will lead and deliver municipal water and wastewater projects, manage design teams, and mentor staff to strengthen Stanley’s market presence.

Requirements include a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and a Louisiana PE license or eligibility within six months; strong client relations and leadership

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Louisiana PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Louisiana network of water/wastewater professionals.
• Regional expertise in water and wastewater engineering.
• Active participation in professional organizations.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Excellent design team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in delivering water/wastewater projects.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD disciplines.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Support marketing efforts and responses to RFQs/RFPs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentor staff and build team capabilities.
