Qualifications

• PE license required; VA license preferred or obtainable within six months.
• 8+ years in water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction support.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects from planning to construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support water/wastewater projects for municipal, utility, and industrial clients.
• Develop practical, cost-effective solutions and manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
