Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer for its Knoxville, TN office. You will lead design and optimization of water and wastewater projects, provide technical direction, and support strategic planning for treatment and infrastructure initiatives.

The role requires a PE license and 8+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs for treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, and storage/conveyance systems.
• Lead and support engineering design, hydraulics, pumping systems, and treatment processes.
• Coordinate with departments and sub-consultants on multi-discipline projects.
• Prepare design drawings, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates.
• Provide technical leadership and assist project managers as needed.
