Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of related water/wastewater design experience.
• PE license is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is essential.
• Strong technical writing skills for engineering reports.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and multi-project coordination abilities.
• Basic familiarity with AutoCAD (2020+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage multidisciplinary water/wastewater projects.
• Develop designs, plans, specs, reports, and cost estimates.
• Perform hydraulic modeling and interpret results.
• Coordinate with departments and sub-consultants on multi-discipline work.
• Support business development and client meetings.
• Guide junior staff and manage workloads across projects.
