Job summary

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in water/wastewater facilities management. This dynamic role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to evaluate construction plans and schedules effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of construction experience.
• Minimum of 5 years water/wastewater facilities construction management experience.
• Experience reviewing engineering designs and contractor shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage large scale water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Develop Project Management Plans for assigned projects.
• Provide construction management oversight during all phases of the project.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective leadership skills for managing and mentoring field staff

Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations with 10HR OSHA Safety card

Ability to evaluate contractor provided construction CPM schedules

Education

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

Tools

Project management/document management software (Unifier, Procore, eBuilder)
