Erdman Anthony seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the water resources program across Pennsylvania, including permitting, storm water management, erosion control, hydraulics studies, and drainage design for transportation projects.

The role requires a Civil Engineer with PA license (or ability to obtain) and 8–10+ years in related fields, with MicroStation/InRoads/OpenRoads/HEC-RAS experience and PennDOT familiarity. Join a team delivering diverse solutions.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in civil engineering required.
• 8–10+ years of progressive engineering experience with water resources and transportation focus.
• Professional Engineer license in PA or ability to obtain.
• Experience in consulting engineering for transportation design; PennDOT desirable.
• Familiarity with DEP NPDES/Joint Permits and Conservation District requirements.
• Proficient with MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, and HEC-RAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of water resources programs for transportation projects.
• Prepare reports, design calculations, and plan detailing.
• Coordinate staff assignments and supervise project tasks.
• Attend team meetings and act as Task Manager.
• Ensure designs meet schedule and budget and comply with client standards and regulatory requirements.
