Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior integrated water resources planner or engineer to join our Water Resources team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership experience and be well-versed in planning for water supply, flood risk management, coastal storm risk, and environmental restoration.

In addition, the role requires strong skills in preparing compliance documents and directing the work of others. HDR offers competitive compensation of $100,000 to $195,000, along with benefits including health insurance and a retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Technical and/or field experience dealing with environmental impact issues and permit processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium-to-large planning and environmental compliance projects for federal agencies.
• Prepare, plan, and analyze compliance documents.
• Direct the work of others to complete required studies, documents, and reports.
