Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NCEES registration preferred.
• Experience with water resource infrastructure projects and design delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams delivering water resources projects.
• Define deliverables, manage scope changes, and monitor progress.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for fisheries, hydropower, dams, and stormwater projects.
• Develop client relationships and pursue project opportunities.
• Prepare competitive proposals.
