Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
- 14+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of project and staff management
- Experience with CAD and GIS
- PE licensure in CA
Responsibilities
- Serve as a project manager on larger design and construction projects.
- Lead as a technical leader or management leader within the Water Resources sector.
- Develop proposals and budgets for larger engineering efforts.
- Meet with clients to determine scope, staffing, and fees for review and signature.
- Mentor and train Senior Project Engineers, Engineering Managers, and Project Managers.
