Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 4+ years of project and staff management.
• Experience with CAD and GIS.
• PE licensure in CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead as project manager on large design/construction projects.
• Serve as technical or management leader in Water Resources.
• Perform/oversee complex designs, reports, drawings, specs, calculations.
• Review designs for compliance with standards and contracts.
• Develop proposals and budgets for large efforts.
• Meet with clients to define scope, staffing, and fees.
• Develop and maintain client contact throughout/projects.
• Cultivate client relationships with industry groups.
• Maintain three-month workload projections for projects.
• Mentor and train Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers.
