Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Geological Engineering.
• Active U.S. PE license with California endorsement.
• 8+ years in heavy civil infrastructure, water resource modeling, hydraulic structures, or power facilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, scope documentation, and interdisciplinary engineering groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead design execution and project delivery for complex water, dam, and energy infrastructure projects.
• Direct multi-disciplinary engineering teams, providing technical review, design sign-off, and mentorship.
• Manage full project life cycles—from initial scoping, budget allocation, and proposal development through final construction administration.
• Interface directly with regional public agencies, utility districts, and municipal partners to ensure program alignment.
• Oversee site inspections, structural/hydrologic evaluations, and construction-phase oversight.
