Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in water resources.
• Professional Engineer license required; MA license within 3 months preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with hydraulics and river mechanics.
• Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Desktop and field studies supporting water resource projects including aquatic habitat restoration (dam removal).
• Culvert replacement.
• Bridge hydraulics and scour analysis.
• Flood risk assessment.
• Coastal resilience projects.
• Stream restoration and enhancement.
• Prepare documentation and engineering design materials.
• Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
