Job summary

RIVUS Consulting LLC seeks a Senior Water Resources Engineer / Project Manager to lead hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater, drainage, floodplain, water-quality, and stream-restoration projects while expanding the firm's Dallas market presence.

The role includes feasibility studies, engineering analyses, design documentation, permitting, construction support, and multidisciplinary team leadership with emphasis on HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and MS4 programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Texas PE strongly preferred or able to obtain Texas registration.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in water resources, drainage, floodplain, or related civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater, drainage, floodplain, water-quality, and stream-restoration projects.
• Manage feasibility studies, design documentation, permitting, and construction support.
• Provide Dallas office management and drive business development and client relations across North Texas.
