AMT seeks a Project Manager / Senior Water Resources Engineer with 7+ years of water resources experience for our Towson, MD office. You will lead water resources tasks for transportation projects for MDOT/VDOT and municipalities, with opportunity to grow into a leadership role.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Water Resources.
• 7+ years of water resources experience including plan and report production.
• Hydrology/hydraulic modeling experience with commonly used software.
• Maryland or Virginia Professional Engineer license required. NC/SC PE preferred.
• CADD experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads.

Responsibilities

• Complete calculations, reports and plans for transportation projects (stormwater, drainage, culverts, bridges).
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and reporting.
• Obtain permit approvals from state/local agencies.
• Prepare engineering documents for advertisement and construction.
• Meet with clients and public agency officials.
• Collaborate with transportation design teams across disciplines.
• Provide QA/QC review following AMT procedures.
