The role requires PE designation or eligibility, 15+ years of consulting experience, and strong skills in hydrology, hydraulics, modeling, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with Water Resources specialization.
• Professional Engineer (PE) designation or eligibility.
• 15+ years of consulting and engineering experience in water resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex water resources projects with safety, quality, schedule, and budget focus.
• Provide technical leadership in hydrology, hydraulics, surface water management, and watershed planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and scientists while guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Support business development through proposals and client engagement.
