Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead complex water projects across mining, refining, chemicals, and infrastructure. You’ll provide technical leadership, manage teams, mentor staff, and help expand Worley Consulting’s water services portfolio.

You will collaborate with sector experts, support business development, and ensure solutions meet health, safety, sustainability, and quality standards across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Resources.
• P.E. designation or eligibility to obtain registration.
• 15+ years of progressive consulting and engineering experience in water resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex water resources projects with focus on safety, quality, schedule and budget.
• Provide technical leadership in hydrology, hydraulics, surface water management and flood risk.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities to grow services.
