Worley Consulting seeks a Senior Water Resources Engineer to provide technical leadership, project management, and client advisory services across North America. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Resources.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng/PE) designation or eligibility.
• 15+ years of progressive consulting and engineering experience in water resources.
• Experience leading water management projects in mining, refining, chemicals, industrial, municipal or environmental sectors.
• Strong project management with responsibility for performance, resources, finances and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex water resources projects while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Provide technical leadership in hydrology, hydraulics, surface water management, watershed planning, stormwater management, water balance, and civil water infrastructure.
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers and scientists; manage multidisciplinary project teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships; identify opportunities to expand services and deliver value.
• Support business development through proposals, client engagement, market awareness, and pursuit of new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sector leaders across mining, refining, chemicals, infrastructure, power, and environmental markets to deliver integrated solutions.
