Qualifications

• PE in Texas, or ability to be registered in Texas.
• BS or MS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in hydrology/hydraulics, water resources or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant national projects experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in growing a water resources practice.
• Knowledge of flood warning/flood forecasting systems and local design codes.
• Existing client network a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing sound technical knowledge in water resources analysis and design.
• Collaborate with the Water Resources Engineering team to pursue opportunities.
• Potential to lead a team on H&H related projects.
• Develop flood warning/flood forecasting as a focus area for the WRE group.
• Develop a national network of clients and consultant alliances for the WRE group.
