Job summary

Resource Environmental Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Water Resources Engineer III to lead ecological restoration, stormwater, and nature-based infrastructure projects from concept through construction. This technical leadership role requires advanced ecological and stormwater design skills, hydrology/hydraulic modeling, and collaboration across disciplines.

Remote work within the Gulf Coast Region (LA, TX, OK, AR) is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or ecological engineering.
• PE license in an applicable state.
• 5+ years of professional experience in ecological restoration, stormwater design, nature-based infrastructure, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and planning for ecological restoration and stormwater projects.
• Develop HEC-RAS/HEC-HMS models and grading plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and regulators.
• Perform site assessments and construction observation.
• Prepare permit applications and support approvals.
