Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• PE License in the applicable state is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, with leadership exposure.
• 2+ years of staff management and mentoring experience.
• Advanced proficiency with design and modeling tools (AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS/HMS, TR-55).

Responsibilities

• Lead stream, wetland, or stormwater design projects from concept through construction.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain high-quality project delivery.
• Manage regulatory reviews and coordinate with federal/state/local agencies.
• Oversee field data collection, QA/QC, and construction oversight.
• Interface with clients to communicate complex technical solutions.
