Job summary

Resource Environmental Solutions LLC seeks a Water Resources Engineer in Orlando, FL to join our team. You will work on projects from concept to construction and long-term monitoring, gaining hands-on experience throughout the project life cycle.

You'll collaborate with senior engineers, use AutoCAD, FlowMaster, HEC-RAS, and GIS to develop designs and analyze models, and perform fieldwork plus data collection to support project goals.

Qualifications

• B.S. in civil, environmental, water resources, or natural resources engineering (or related field).
• EIT eligible.
• Previous industry-related internship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Engineers to develop designs for ecological restoration, stormwater systems, and erosion & sediment control.
• Use AutoCAD, FlowMaster, HEC-RAS, and GIS to create and analyze hydrologic/hydraulic models.
• Write technical reports and organize data to support projects.
• Conduct fieldwork for site data collection and assessments.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and permitting agencies to achieve project goals.
