Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least six years of water resources experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD; familiarity with NJDEP and federal regulations.
• EIT credential with progress toward PE licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of water and wastewater projects and regulatory permitting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams; manage scope, budgets, and schedules; mentor junior engineers.
