Qualifications

• Requires at least six years of water resources engineering experience.
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Civil design experience with water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Knowledgeable about NJDEP and federal regulations.
• Capable of leading permitting and project delivery.
• EIT credential while progressing toward PE licensure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater facilities and related systems.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, permitting, field assessments, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure regulatory compliance and sustainable solutions.
