Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or water resources engineering.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer license; Wisconsin licensure preferred or ability to obtain by comity/reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver stormwater, watershed, ecological restoration, and climate resilience projects.
• Serve as project manager, senior technical lead, or design lead for planning, design, permitting, and construction-phase assignments.
• Oversee hydrologic and hydraulic analyses/modeling, watershed assessments, floodplain evaluations, stormwater BMP sizing, and design documentation.
